They can request to update their personal information through the app.• My Policies: Users can view their policies in a dashboard and take instant decision about it.• Make Payment: Online payment through a secured channel and via SSL or MFS• Dashboard: All policy and important information are placed in a dashboard• Policy Related Information: All policy related information are placed in a group and gives its user great control to analyze data.• Documents / Receipts: All documents related to the policy are preserved in the app and any receipts can be download or viewed at any time.
